I've had 2 pings on my resume. The first a Director reached out to me and described the position. She couldn't get the virtual interview to work so we talked phone to phone. It wasn't really organized and I actually liked that for some reason. She seemed to like me and said her lead would reach out. Spoke with him and didn't get a good vibe at all. This wasn't meant for me just off the awkward unorganized interview and this one I didn't like very well. So I didn't get the position. Next ping I spoke with a recruiter. She said she would forward me on, then 2 wks later told me she didn't have my resume.... once I sent it, I was not qualified I guess.
