Initial phone screening with asks on background and technologies worked with, not a grilling and not too technical. Onsite interview very laidback and informal. More about my questions for the company not as many questions from company.

Flew me down to their facility in Arizona, basically a meet and greet. The interview was to make sure you would be a person that they could work with and were not crazy. I asked a lot of questions and they were impressed by that. Very friendly interviewers, I was emailed that I had gotten the position a few hours after the interview.
