Three rounds of interview at that time of hire, with the Director of Program Management (an amazing individual who also acts as a Chief of Staff and oversees all programs), with members of VP leadership, and with my direct manager, the VP and Director of Early Development. Reviewed my CV, asked about my previous work related to Rare Diseases, and my management style. However, no seminar, offer was given afterwards. This was an internal referral from a company trusted colleague.
