First F2F and then technical test.
The company replied that quality of a code in very small simple test app was not enough for a salary that I've requested.
The app was written in line n-tier approach. No further feedback, so hard to say what they disliked. (all solutions depends on actual requirements / constrains, with limited job spec there is > few right answers)
Job listing was taken down within a day.
There was also fairly big delay between interview => sent test => final reply.
Seems like a company wasn't prepared pay the market salary for a role and now looking for non-senior person.
