I completed their online "Knock knock" challenge which was very easy.
After that I received an email setting up a technical skype interview with one of their Principal Consultants. The interview involved some technical questions, none of which were particularly difficult, and a live debugging exercise which was also easy.
I received an email inviting me to a "Cultural & State Manager Interview" with two people. As I'd already invested a bit of time in the recruitment process and had no indication of how much the role would pay I emailed them back asking for some salary details. A few days later I received a phone call from someone in HR giving me a very long-winded explanation of their salary ranges.
The salary I was quoted was significantly lower than what I have been paid previously and other roles around at the moment (probably in the order of 30-40% at least). I therefore declined the next stage of the interview and withdrew my application. I have no doubt I would have received an offer if I wanted to go ahead but I'm not going to work for such dismal pay.
My advice would be not to bother with Readify if you value your skills.
