Be aware that it doesn't matter how good you are, who you are, what you know. The interviewer will not pass you if they don't like your face. Period. I ignored all the reviews of candidates saying this but it happened to me. Interview process takes a long time, it's ridiculously easy but you'll have to be lucky to have the third step with someone who likes your face. My interviewer was clearly not as good as I was expected. By the way, it's a terrible mistake to assume you're better than the candidateyou're going to interview, but that's exactly what readify does. The only thing my interviewer was good at was on making believe he was good. Only stupid questions asked, diff between value and ref types etc etc. When I got my feedback email, it was very clear his reasons for not passing me were BS. But the truth is: he just didn't like me. He kept searching google or something like that for questions and all the questions were stupid. He could have asked things like: tell me how you did this or that, what challenges did you face here? But nope! I don't even think he had my resume opened, he didn't ask a SINGLE question about it. Nothing! When he asked me what is the diff between value and ref types, I said: really? (I literally said that). Anyway, I also applied to 2 other companies and was approved on both, I had a very hard time deciding which one to go for. So I decided to take a role in a company that is among the top 10 places to work in Australia, so I wouldn't accept any offer from readify, given I would pass. Recruiters will tell you hey can pay up to 150k, that's totally BS! That's is a very stupid strategy to attract candidates. It's not difficult to find someone who knows someone who works or worked for readify. They charge a fortune from their clients and pays ridiculous salaries. BE AWARE! Don't have readify as your only option.

Passed the knock knock stage where you have to develop an web api for some simple functionalities then you move to the next step which is the live coding challenge where you have to fix some errors in the code in 30 minutes
