Phone interview and than in person interview.he phone interview was normal. The face to face interview started with some personality questions from HR and than 2 people were there to ask technical questions. While one persons asked relevant technical questions, the other person kept asking open questions so that whatever I answer she can tell it is not what she was expecting. She also tried to put some words in my mouth that I never said. Overall she was very manipulative and I feel bad for them to allow this person to give a bad image about their company. As everybody knows the interview is the first impression you have about the company, and first impressions count. I also knew that they have a development team and a support team that handles tickets of bugs. This made me wonder if the development team work end up in so many bug that they need a separate team just for that (we are talking about a startup here!!!).
