There were some issues initially with scheduling and rescheduling phone screens. I think that there was a changeover in personnel at the same time as my phone screens were being scheduled which caused confusion. Eventually the phone screen process was skipped and I went straight into the in person interview process. Once I was in the interview process everything progressed smoothly and efficiently.

The normal process - They contacted me by cold calling. I was not looking for new employment. The interview itself was over an hour and very thorough. I was brought back several times. Then I received no contact so assumed I was not in the running for the position. Then 3 months later out of the blue they called and offered me the position.
