Mostly conversational with insights into company processes and expected performance within the role. Some general technology inquiries about computer science, very general concepts. After the initial phone screening, an interview is set up with three support supervisors who are the day to day operation supervisors. They asked about previous customer support experience and behavioral questions as well.

Entrevista
Company reached out to me two months ago, interested in my skills. Interviewed with the internal recruiter, and the hiring manager. Recruiter promised frequent updates, and no issues if needed, contact via linked in.
Zero updates, continued interest though too many projects to interview other candidates, etc. etc.
Extremely unprofessional. As of this writing, there still is literally no answer, one way or the other.
If you are going to advertise a role, hire for it. If you have decided not to, close the role and communicate with your candidates.

The interview experience was positive and well-structured from start to finish. The interviews focused on subject matter expertise and cultural alignment. It became apparent that the company focuses on team cohesion and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience.
