recruiter contact you first, talking about the process and ask you questions such as why this company, why you decide to leave. then the hiring manager's manger interview me first. not a very good experience overall. it made me feel that interviewer doesn't want to talk, and after the first interview, got not response even reaching out to the recruiter.

Recruiter failed to show up for consecutive initial interviews and only responded after being called out for failure to show. Company does not appear to have their hiring process running effective which posses serious questions about the organization as a whole.
