Two rounds. Panel interview and 1:1s to begin with, followed by an interview with one member of senior management. Process was generally average. A standard process. The background check was competed within a few days. Generally decent marks from HR's handling of the on-boarding process.

Highly ethical and truly professional interview process which involved several phases - initial interview; second round, third and final rounds. During the first round, HR recruiters asked a number of important questions concerning the experience and skill set. This was followed by a second round and then later a third round. In each case the questions were challenging, but if you're prepared, they were manageable. Ultimately, the hiring manager and the HR professional conducted the final round of interviews. Preparation, and solid knowledge of the position requirements, corporate culture and other factors was important/critical.

The interview process consisted of several rounds of telephone interviews and later several in person interviews. The process included close and careful questions/answers and a comprehensive review of candidate experience and skills as well as vetting of the educational background and knowledge. The exchange between interviewer and interviewee was by far one of the best experiences and certainly professional - questioning for example was complex and challenging, but there were no "games". It was a dignified experience that focused in part on ethics and business integrity - clearly an important factor for a company that has a reputation for highest ethical standards.
In terms of advice: It is however, important to do "homework" on the company before any interview and to have a clear understanding what you, as the candidate can and will bring to the company!
