the interview was done in a friendly way but yet it doesn't reduce the formality. It was a friendly and fair interview as you would have done it in person .

The process was typical, they did a good job following up after each step of the process. They explained the culture, the expectations of the role. I also got to meet some members of the team at the last stage. It was a very normal process from what I have experienced before.
