The interview process was thoughtful, well-organized and I met with different members of my eventual team. The entire process was streamlined and there was good communication between the team throughout.

Do you have experience with cash-flow forecasting?
A few rounds of interviews with different team members and managers. All friendly, asked good questions. Some boiler plate, but also some good conversation. Talked a lot about my past experience and background about their company.

Entrevista
I had been looking at this company for awhile and was excited to receive a phone interview from. I am disappointed to say that this was the worst introductory interview I have ever had. The Head of Talent interviewing me spoke very quickly as if they were trying to rush through the interview like a chore. They asked me two questions (listed below) and did not spend any time getting to understand me or my experience. I asked a few follow up questions and received short unfulfilling answers which lead me to politely end the interview. I received a rejection letter 3 and a half months after interviewing. I hope this company reorganizes their recruitment staff because they are reflecting poorly on the company.
