I was contacted by Realty ONE Group Luminous for the Office Administrator position and scheduled a phone interview. Unfortunately, the interviewer did not show up for the scheduled time, and I was later informed via email that they were moving forward with other candidates. While I respect their decision, I found the lack of communication and disregard for my time unprofessional.
For future candidates, I’d recommend confirming details closer to the interview time. I hope the company reflects on this feedback to improve their hiring process.

there was no real interview. the hr manager hired me because i knew her sister. she just asked if i had customer service experience and thats all you really needed.
