It was refreshing. Let's be honest, most interview processes are terrible, especially for entry level sales positions. But they put a lot of thought and effort into know who they are hiring more than just what college or whatever. This not only helps the process be more enjoyable, it also gives you confidence. When you feel like the company that hired you actually understands you to a degree, it makes a big difference.
