Entrevista
I met with the CMO after applying online for a blogger position. Neither he nor anyone had a copy of the resume I submitted with my application, and he seemed unaware that there was an interview going on that day. It was a gruff, terse interview; he didn't seem interested in my experience or the quality of my work so much as the volume of work I could get done. When I mentioned something about demographics, he didn't seem to know what the word meant and said that "everyone is our audience." When I handed him my resume, he was upset that it didn't list the number of blog posts I put up per day at my previous position.

Entrevista
Weird from the start... As I've read in other reviews, I walked into the office and sat on the couch waiting for the creepy dude who interviews people. There is no one to greet you, you just sort of sit on the couch because it's there. After about ten minutes the interviewer comes over and has me sit with him at a desk. I could not hear a word that he was saying. I continually had to ask him to repeat himself. Honestly, he said his name and I did not catch it. It's one big room with everyone in it. Employees looked cool but the place had a vibe like they were all about to be executed. I can't remember if I asked for 30k or 40k but the dude gave me a look like I was asking a lot. Anyway, I never heard back. Good luck.
