3 stages. First is a technical interview that happens on site with pen and paper. It last about one hour and a half and it's in 3 parts. First part is multiple choice questions. Second part is 2 problems that are solved using SQL and 3rd part is a larger problem solved by writing code. You don't have to be perfecetly accurate with the code but as long as the solution is correct and makes sense. Second stage is an HR interview where you talk to the HR lady. She's very nice. She'll ask you about yourself and previous experiences at other internships or places you worked or anything really where you did something in a team. Another part of the interview is in English to check your skills and 3 hypotethical scenarios to check out how you think and what you'd do. Last stage is technical interview with two people that will ask you questions about .NET, OOP, SOLID, simple basic web stuff and databases.
