Call with a recruiter, 30 minutes with the hiring manner, quick written exercise, and then two 30-minute interviews with team members. Whole process took about 2 weeks and probably could’ve been faster had I had more availability.
Natalie was my main point of contact and I cannot say more good things about her. She was so communicative and checked in with me throughout the process. I felt like she had been cheering me on the whole way when she told me they wanted to extend an offer! Seriously the best.
Every team member was so warm and gave great info in all my interviews. The take written assessment was quick and didn’t feel like homework.
Honestly, one of the smoothest and best interview processes I’ve had. Excited to be joining this team!

Questions about past experiences with handling customer interactions.
Recruiter call and then interview with the HM. No questions asked about my skills in relation to the role. It was more about the HM asking questions they were comfortable with during their time as an engineer. It was like asking a dentist to explain how x-rays work. Somewhat tangential to the job, but not the job role I was applying for at all. Received an email from the recruiter stating that they were going with candidates more aligned to the role after telling me that they were specifically hiring for my skillset. How would they know that I'm not aligned to the role if they never asked me any questions about the role? Felt very biased.

There were two hiring manager rounds and one 'technical' it was a walk me through code. They are very 'vibe based' and can reject you based on just how well you speak, how calm you are.
