I just went through the Reckitt Nigeria Management Trainee recruitment process, so here’s a summary of what it actually involves…first you submit your CV and basic details. Very straightforward.
If shortlisted, you take verbal, numerical, logical reasoning and situational judgment tests. These tests are competitive because thousands apply.
Then you do the one way video interview..this stage checks communication and confidence..
After this, there’d be shortlisting for the Assessment Center..the AC would be held in their office in Ikoyi
We were 40 shortlisted out of over 12000 applicants..The AC is a full-day evaluation that focuses on your thinking and problem-solving..It includes multiple cases from different business areas, you have 15 mins for each case and an hour to prepare it and 30mins to present to your assessors..they assess your critical thinking, structure, communication, and attitude
Then a smaller number of candidates would be invited for the executive interview, which is the final stage before offers
Making it to the Assessment Centre alone puts you in the top 1% of 12,000 applicants.
I hope this helps
First it was the screening call. Then I got called for a general HR interview then one with the hiring manager. It was a general interview to get to know you more as a person rather than technical.

My university years and my strengths and Weaknesses.
Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Reckitt (Hong Kong).
Entrevista
Pretty long and unresponsive. They sent a rejection almost 7 months after. No real updates on the interview process and they ask very vague questions with no clarity on how you’re expected to answer them. No idea how candidates are assessed. Overall, pretty unprofessional.
