Make sure you think about the bigger picture of how to deal with the PR and consumers - In tray exercise - standard except they say you have 35 minutes, come in with 10 minutes left and give you another email, and then only give you 5 of the remaining 10 minutes - Numerical reasoning test - 35 minutes, standard - Competency interview - about 7 questions so make sure you have about 7 stories not the standard 3! Then at end asked why this company and role, what's something that one of our brands has done lately that impressed you - Fact finding exercise Overall staff were really aggressive throughout the entire day and had clearly been briefed to try to trip you up as much as possible. Didn't try to sell the company at all. They have a fancy new innovation centre but said there wasn't time for a tour - clearly impressing us with the company wasn't one of their priorities.
