Listed position on university recruitment site for Skype interview. This was later postponed due to interviewers' busy schedules, but HR approached about 2 months later for setting up phone interview. First round interview with HR and second round interview with site manager. Both were conducted over the phone, and both focused almost entirely on culture fit rather than technical background.

I applied through the company’s online job posting and completed an application form with my details. Shortly after, I received an automated email inviting me to complete an online assessment, which took around 30–45 minutes. About a month later, I was invited to a one-way video interview, which I found somewhat challenging due to the time constraints for each question. Approximately a week after that, I received an invitation for an online interview.
