Future Leadership Program is an ambitious program of RB for which they require very promising candidate with very good communication skills and leadership quality.First round was video questionnaire round in which you have to answer 5 questions with 3 minutes for each question using webcam and submit.Then shortlisting was done and shortlisted candidates were called for off campus process at their Gurgaon office.There was networking dinner in which you have to socialize with company executives.Then GD was held.After that some tricky rounds were there in which you have to do out of the box.Then there was a round in which after 5 minutes review of a paper,you to present for 15 minutes.After all these,interview with director was held and then final selection was done.
