It was moderate. The questions where not vague, but to the point. It was in and around the job requirements and how well can the employee handle pressure and get things done. Because, in my case they did want the resource to s[end some additional hours in streamlining the issues .

they just care if you can walk and talk - and if you can put up with the rubbish that will get thrown at you. they know that everyone will eventually hate the culture, it is aggressive and the hours are stupid so they warn you in advance so that they can throw this back in your face and say that you knew what you were letting yourself in for
