It was a very smooth system of interviews and exams/quizzes. It was one of the most enjoyable interview processes I've encountered so far and it requires a lot of interaction from the start of the application.

Varies from technical chemistry questions to situational questions. They often ask questions that have more than one right answer and require abstract, outside the box thinking. It was about a half hour long so be ready to talk.
