Three rounds of interviews - first on the phone with an internal recruiter, who asked basic questions about my work history and skills. Second interview was on Zoom with two staff members in the Environmental Department. Third interview was with one of the same staff members from the 2nd interview plus one higher up/director level person in the Environmental department. The second two interviews were more heavy on the situational/behavioral type questions, some of which were definitely challenging.
