I went through an initial phone interview with the hiring manager and then was brought on-site to meet with the Corporate Controller and the CFO. Everyone was very competent and professional in the interview but all of my communication with them since that point have been AWFUL. They agreed to pay for my travel costs for the interview but after I turned the job down they chose to ignore my emails requesting payment and when they finally responded after 3 months, multiple emails and phone calls they said they wouldn't reimburse me. Complete lack of professionalism and integrity. I'm very glad I chose not to go to work for this company, I wouldn't want to work for a company who would treat someone so poorly. I'd recommend anyone interviewing with Recology get even the smallest requests in writing because their word means nothing.
