It was a clearly defined process, with great communication throughout. I was give guidance and direction as and when retired at every stage of the process. The feedback was brilliant at every stage and I’d wholeheartedly recommend RF to anyone.

The interview process was the best interview process I have ever had. Everyone was so friendly and supportive throughout with regular communications and they really made it a team that I wanted to be a part of. You can tell people are passionate about their jobs. Stage 1 - Call with Recruiter (30 mins) Stage 2 - Interview with Hiring Manager (30 mins) Stage 3 - Interview with a Director (1hr) Stage 4 - Platform Demo and task set with approx a week to prepare for a presentation to the team . Stage 5 - Reference checks Can not fault a single stage. It was challenging, particularly the technical at stage 4, however it was really fun and something that I enjoyed preparing for and doing! Definitely a brill way to give you an idea of the role before starting as well.
