I interviewed for the role of Consultant, Intelligence Services with Recorded Future. The interview process was set up in a nice way being four consecutive parts. Each portion of the interview process built on the interviewees understanding of the role (e.g., role level expectations, place within the organization, area for opportunity). While the first three rounds followed a more typical set of interview behavioral questions and other questions fitting the general organizational culture, the fourth interview was a nice break from the norm as it required additional effort to understand the platform in preparation for a presentation. While difficult, I found this step crucially important as the platform will become this role’s everyday so to speak. Overall, it was a very solid experience as I left with a good understanding of the job and what to expect in a way that other interview processes did not.
