Entrevista
One guy will ask you to send him a PDF version of your resume. once you send it, he will start a thread of basic boilerplate questions that you would expect from an HR personell.

Will ask you questions about current ctc, expected ctc etc.
Will not schedule a phone interview, continues to discuss on email threads (a serious redflag, who does that?)
- will ask you about your notice period, and if there is a buyout option.
- once he realizes he can't afford you, will ghost you and you'll never hear from him again.
