Interviewed with recruiter, then hiring manager, then 5 cross functional members of the department. It was too many Rounds of interviews to not get the offer. One of the interviewers did not go on camera which left a very negative impact on me. I’m very experienced but it seems like they were not looking for someone as strong and experienced as me considering their development department is very new. Good luck to growing your department without good, experienced people.
