Perguntas de entrevista da empresa Red Cow

On the first day I talked with two different managers. They gave my info to the GM and said he would contact me in a few days. He contacted me that day to set up a final interview, where I talked with him and the training manager. Both interviews took place in the dining area of the restaurant. They all appeared happy and enthusiastic, which made it easier to talk to them. Asked if I had any questions. Overall my favorite job interview experience.

I was asked all the basic questions, but the interviewer seemed to have an opinion about one of my previous employers, and let it affect their opinion of me. They apparently are very into the Red Cow Way, to the point that it felt like I was gently being pulled into a cult. I have known people who have been very happy with the company, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
