After taking a online test. They call you in for a 1 on 3 interview. After the interview they make you take a Wonderlick test the you have another interview with 2 more people. After the test and interviews if they like you they will take you on a tour.

They conducted One HR round (online), one Panel round (online) and one on-site round, and the showed me around the plant. The whole 3-part interview process took around 3 weeks.
