Well you need to take a test which is in my personal opinion not related to a job. they very picky who they will hired in and they will never give people a chance, my questions is how can new hire candidates gain new job experience if you don't give them a shot. when you become too much picky who you hired in, sometimes you will missed the great and hardworking candidates. Every company there will be ups and down because you cannot please anyone... but I would recommend apply closer to your home to save you time and gas,. This is my message to all the company out there I understand you need to be picky who you hired in and choose the best candidates but that would be nice if you give them a shot?! some people hired in those candidates they know not the people's who actually do the job and eager to Learn..
