There are 6-7 rounds for a Manager role in RH and the first call is usually done by the HR. Then you will go thru 3-4 rounds with your boss to be, some peers and lastly the Country Managers of your region.
Its a long process and it take an average of 4 weeks to finish all the interviews and you have to wait 2-3 weeks for the offer letter...all in all it took me 7 weeks to sign on the Offer Letter...and another 3-4 weeks before i joined them (I need to serve notice in my previous company) - 2.5 months in total!

The lady in the interview (who was not even the hiring manager) appeared very condescending and asking several nasty question aimed at sabotaging the interview.
I doubt her professionalism and this experience leaves a very nasty taste in the mouth. I think mutual respect is important. Compensation is also below market rate.

I had a first round interview with the HR recruiter (30 min video interview), second round separate interviews with two of the current team members (30 min video interview for each), and a final interview with the hiring manager (60 min). The process from application to offer was 5-6 weeks.

Entrevista
it's the technical screening and since they're selling their products which rely on top of the kubernetes. they wanna ask a lot about the upstream project and their products how their products help customers and what benefits of buying their products.
