The entire process was really pleasant, most of the conversation consisted of explaining previous experience, highlighting some skills as well as providing the interviewers with an overview of what type of person you are, to assess how well you're going to fit into the team

Home exam was sent, 3 questions (leetcode style - easy-medium level]
followed by a phone call by the recurting team (more background]
on site interview - technical plus HR (more if you fit in the team and what are you looking for etc]
My Red Hat interview was an enriching experience, combining technical discussions, problem-solving scenarios, and collaborative conversations. The team was welcoming, and the process strengthened my confidence in open-source development and enterprise-grade engineering practices.
