Contacted by a recruiter after I applied. Had a 45 min prescreening after which an interview with the higher manager was scheduled. Had another 45 min conversation with the hiring manager. I am a very senior hands-on expert and believe the interview was more for RedHat to understand about what their competitors have been doing.
