Red Hat ghosted me before my final interview. I had an initial interview that covered the basics: resume, describe a project, light behavioral questions. About a week later, I received an email asking for avails for a final interview. I responded within a couple hours, but they never responded back to me. I followed up a couple times. I was excited to work there and would hold a final interview if they responded today. But it's weird, unprofessional behavior from their end.
