It was a great interview with each of the 4 managers, with quick scheduling! Very fun but thorough interviews. They were very quick to come to a decision and send an offer letter.

The interview process did not meet the standards expected from a company like Red Hat. The roleplay scenarios shared beforehand were completely different from what was conducted, creating confusion and limiting fair preparation. Additionally, the mock calls did not effectively assess relevant skills for the role. Overall, the process felt unstructured and not aligned with Red Hat’s reputation and professional standards.
