The interview process at RedHat was literally outstanding.
RedHat's interview crew from all the rounds were very professional in what they do. The process took about a month but it could have been shorter because I had to postpone a couple of times.
The process consisted of.
1. HR, 2. Managarial + bits of technical 3. Technical Interview with one senior and principal engineers

Asked some core questions about python inheritence and other OOP concepts.
Asked about the differences between slices and arrays in Go and more about go structs and packaging.
And of course asked about testing procedures and methodologies.
