Overall they are pretty chill and nice when they ask questions about your involvements as well as give you scenarios and know your thought process. They also asked about project involvements and what was the end goal.

Spent almost a full day in their office at CapitaSpring, where interviewees can interact with current employees while they wait their turn. Had to give a presentation on a chosen project.

Il colloquio (in inglese) si suddivide in 3 step di selezione;
- Primo step: Colloquio conoscitivo con l'HR, atto a chiarire i propri interessi e alcuni aspetti del CV presentato.
- Secondo step: Prova di gruppo con gli altri candidati, dove si analizza la capacità di collaborare con gli altri candidati e di guidare il gruppo.
- Terzo step: Colloquio tecnico. Presentazione su un determinato prodotto Red Hat e domande su cloud, tecnologie open source ecc.
