I applied online. The same day I was contacted by HR. A week after that I had a technical interview with the CTO and a Principal Software Engineer. They asked standard questions about my background and projects I have worked on. Some were more technical, some were more about my approach/attitude to the problem space. After that meeting they stopped communicating with me. My experience with them is pretty much inline with the reviews about this company in Glassdoor. The salary discussed was below market ~135k plus benefits and options (or something.)
