I was asked questions about career goals with the company and motivations for applying to Red Lobster. The process was easy going and conversational. It took less time than I expected.

They will ask you if you know your liquor. So, make sure to come prepared because they don't hire rookies. I had read online they do hire rookies but I was wrong and caught off guard. The boss said you can work your way up to being a bartender though.
