Came in person and got the job on the spot. It was straight forward and simple. I am a student and it was flexible for me. I come in for training and they gave me the time when to go for that.

Very informal. I went in for the interview, got asked a few questions about goals and schooling, then got offered the job. It was pretty easy and not stressful at all.
