The hiring process for an adjunct instructor at Red Rocks Community College is pretty straight forward. As most colleges, they are concerned about your credentials. I appreciate there thoroughness in looking into your academic history and the questions were fielded during a teaching demonstration in which I taught a lesson in front of the chair of my department, the academic dean and a few other faculty members. Overall, this experience also reassured me that they were serious about the education that is provided for students.
