I applied on line and was called a couple of weeks later for a phone screen with a recruiter; after I passed this, I was given take-home project. This was reviewed and I was invited for a half-day in-person interview. About a week later I was asked to do a follow up phone interview; then, a week after that, another follow up by phone.
