Initial recruiter screening, and then two in person interviews. First round with immediate team and second with higher ups. Interviews were in person with the team, lasted roughly an hour each. Relatively quick decision process.

Questions ranged from general CRE questions to confirm qualifications from the job, management style, and also touched on personal elements to get to know the candidate better.
