First interview was a screening call by HR to see if you fit the company culture and have the qualifications. Second interview was with the hiring manager and with the same HR representative. Third interview was a panel. There were nine people on mine, including the owner of the company and his wife. (I thought this was a little much for my field.) After an offer has been made and accepted, there is also an online skills test and a drug test. (hair follicle)
