First round behavioral interview, second round technical interview. Both virtual because of covid. Interviews were pretty bland, but absolutely no follow up after second round, not even with a "we're continuing with other candidates", which was pretty disappointing.

Pretty great interview process, took about 2 and half weeks to receive an offer. Started off with an internal recruiter contacting me regarding my application. Basic phone screen questions, what my technical background was etc... Then, I had an interview with one of the lead developers within the company. We went through logic puzzles, programming questions, and OOP concepts. Finally, all within one day, I had 3 interviews pretty much back-to-back. The first was with the head of HR, mostly an informal interview to try and gauge my personality. The second interview was with a hiring manager where I was asked more technical questions along with more programming assessments. Finally, I spoke with Tony, the CEO of RedMane; he asked some hard hitting questions regarding life, passion, and purpose. After all three interviews my recruiter followed up with me and told me to wait a couple days to review with the team and their decision. In the end I was extended an offer and look forward to learning and growing within RedMane Technology.
