Redbrick responded to my application for the role of Mortgage Advisor promptly. From the time of my application to receiving a phone call, it was under 24 hours and the interview process was scheduled soon after. First round was conducted by HR ("People Evangelist"), which was a virtual zoom interview. The interview process was conducted in a very professional manner and it offered more insights on how the recruitment process would progress subsequently (if successful). Second stage was conducted by the respective potential mentors (in my case was with Mr Clive Chng). Mr Chng was also very professional, a prolific , eloquent communicator, who is very knowledgeable. Mr Chng was also very understanding and he shared his valuable insights and glimpses of his own journey in the mortgage broking industry. Overall experience, Redbrick treated me (candidate) with respect and they were ready to offer their advice and/or clarifications if you had any doubts. They listened, understood my circumstances and gave me the time I needed to be certain if I wish to progress to the next level for the month long training , scenario-based assessment, the mentor/mentee relationship and if I were ready to be a self-employed individual. (I guess I was not mentally ready to give up my professional accounting background completely to make that leap of faith, just yet at this stage).
