They need people and the interview was very basic. After the interview HR sets you up for a DOT physical and drug test . Once the test result come back you will be given a start date. They have a 2 to 3 week ride along where you will drive box truck, tractor with 28 ft to 53 ft trail and doubles . once signed off on all equipment you are on your own.

They came to my truck driving school and practically begged for drivers. No Joke. Any student who wanted a job could have one. It was quite simple. I'm sure it isn't like this everywhere but in the Seattle area driving jobs are hard to fill.
